2. Business Customers Only
Our products are intended for business, commercial, and professional users. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity and not as a consumer. Consumer protection laws may not apply to your purchase.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
- All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase.
- A contract is only formed when we send you a written order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability).
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
- Payment terms: T/T, L/C, or as agreed in the sales contract.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of down payment or full payment.
5. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Lead Garden Machines until full payment is received. Until title passes, you must store the goods separately and identify them as our property.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping methods: FCL, LCL by sea freight (Incoterms negotiated per order).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon loading of goods onto the vessel (per agreed Incoterms).
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.
7. Inspection and Returns
- You must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt.
- Claims for shortages or visible damage must be reported immediately.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, with prior written approval.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fees (15-25%) apply.
- Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable.
8. Warranty
- We offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty covers replacement parts only; labor and return shipping are not included.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification
- Consumable parts (blades, belts, filters, tires)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Lead Garden Machines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, business interruption).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the products in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Lead Garden Machines and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Jinhua, Zhejiang, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
